Dry Fogger System, Pneumatic Operated

Automated Air Borne Disinfection with TRS 01 - Pneumatic Fogger

Automated airborne disinfection with PNEUMATIC FOGGER

TRS 01 uses compressed air 70 CFM @ 87 PSI. It atomizes the solution into ultra fine, “dry” fog particles in all 4 directions and does highly effective job of aerial disinfection.

  • Atomizes chemical solutions using compressed air.
  • Projects fine, “dry” fog particles at distances up to 40′ in 4 opposite directions.
  • Unique system of automatic operation of control valves maximizes nozzle performance, ensures ultra-fine aerosol generation & spread in all directions.
  • Compatible with (H2o2 + silver), (H2o2 + peracetic acid) based disinfectant formulations.
  • Effective dispersion & penetration into all inaccessible areas.
  • Control unit allows selection of 4 directional mode or two directional mode of operation.
  • Robust construction, portable system can be used in multiple locations.
  • Sanitary construction using stainless steel 316 for piping, nozzles, air and liquid contact parts.
  • Range of precision metering tips for dry fog quality variation.
  • Venturi action draws pre-diluted chemicals and disinfectants.
  • Digital timer facilitates auto START & auto OFF operations.
  • Variable height adjustment to sanitize areas with different height.
  • Requires 70CFM of compressed air @ 87PSI (6 bar)
  • Power supply 5amp, 240Vac.
  • Room Treatment capacity: 35000cuft / 1000m3.
  • Disinfectant consumption: 300-550 ml /1000cuft of space depending upon quality of
  • fog treatment selected.
  • Stainless steel grade 316 Tank: Capacity 9 or 22 liters.
  • Engineering plastic tank capacity -20 Liters
  • All stainless steel 304, 4 – wheel trolley for Portability.
  • Tubing: Silicon, medical grade.
  • Required compressed air supply line connection -1/2”.
  • Dimensions: 570 L X 480 W X 1550 H (mm)
